Haslital Handicrafts and Handweaving is an association that aims to upkeep, support and pass on the craft of weaving Hasli cloth as an exemplary cultural asset with an outstanding presence to future generations.
Thanks to the experience, dedication and passion of our weavers, these wonderful hand woven products are created and in turn, become keepsakes that our customers cherish for a lifetime.

SUSTAINABILITY
Many things that are being rediscovered today have always been part of the Haslital Handweaving Association: working in harmony with nature, back to basics, integrity and quality.
Our cloth is made with skill, passion and only natural materials such as cotton, linen and wool. Whenever possible we obtain all of our raw materials in Switzerland.
We know that with our prudent attitude to daily business, we are able to make a worthwhile contribution to society. That is what we stand for. Every day.

Operating the Hand Weaving Studio in the Haslital is very costly and even when applying suitable prices, it is not cost effective. Our weavers receive a modest income and a great amount of work, including all of the administration, is done voluntarily.
Would you like to join us in retaining and supporting the art of hand weaving in the Haslital? Then become a member or supporter of the Haslital Handicraft and Handweaving Association.
Members can take an active part in the association and will receive frequent updates. Supporters can decide individually how much they would like to donate. Whatever you decide, your financial and idealistic support is vital for the Haslital Handicraft and Handweaving Association.
